Who we are
AI Contractor Systems is the trade name of AICSystems, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. You can reach us at pat@ai-contractor.systems.
What this covers
This policy covers the forms on ai-contractor.systems — mainly the Assessment form, which asks about your company and the task costing you the most. Those forms are the only place this website collects personal information.
What we collect
The Assessment form. This is the form on our home page. It collects what you type:
- Your name
- Your company name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional — you can leave it blank)
- Your trade
- Roughly how many people you employ
- Your description of the task that costs you the most
The getting-started form. This is a separate page we send by link to people already working with us. It is not listed on our website. It collects your company name, your name, and your email address.
We also record which of our forms you used, which page you sent it from, and when. Nothing else. We do not collect anything about you unless you type it into one of these forms and submit it.
What we don't do
- No tracking. This site has no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers.
- No cookies. The site does not set cookies or store anything in your browser.
- No lists. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
- One exception worth naming. Our home page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google sees the IP address of anyone who visits it. That is how the fonts get delivered, not tracking, and this privacy page does not do it at all. We mention it because we would rather over-disclose than under-disclose.
Where your information goes
From the Assessment form, your submission is emailed to pat@ai-contractor.systems. It is not saved to a database, a CRM, or a mailing list.
From the getting-started form, your answers are saved as a row in a spreadsheet in our own Google account.
Two companies handle this information along the way:
- Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions. Like any web host, Vercel keeps standard server logs, which include visitor IP addresses, for a short period.
- Google delivers our email, stores it in our business inbox, and hosts the spreadsheet described above.
Both are ordinary service providers. Neither is given your information for their own purposes.
Why we use it
To reply to you, and to have a useful first conversation about your business. That is all. We will not add you to a newsletter or an automated marketing sequence.
Please don't put sensitive information in the form
The "task that costs you the most" box is free text. Describe the problem in your own words — but please don't paste customer records, employee personal information, passwords, or account numbers. If we need anything like that later, we will set up a proper way for you to send it.
How long we keep it
Your form submission stays in our email, or in our spreadsheet, until you ask us to delete it or until we no longer have a business reason to keep it.
Your choices
Email pat@ai-contractor.systems and ask us to:
- Send you a copy of what you submitted
- Correct it
- Delete it
We will do it, and we will confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant and we have your email because you contacted us, we will tell you.
